Squeezing, bending whilst clamping
I’ve read a few threads here about this but nothing too specific. During my clamping sets I’ve started squeezing hard as well as bending however I’d really like to know how long one should actually be doing this.
I might squeeze and hold for 15 secs, then do bends in different directions for the same amount of time. Is this enough? Like to hear what other people do.
