Pumping to supplement extending? suggest routine
Hello,
I’m gonna start extending soon with a vac extender. I can only do 4-5 hours a day at night.
My question: Can pumping be a good supplement to my extending routine? I want to gain as much length as possible (girth gains would just be a nice bonus), so would incorporating pumping into it be productive for length gains?
If so, can you please suggest how I go about it? I was thinking of doing my 4-5 hour extending, then pump at the end for like 10 minutes or so ( I don’t know, that’s just an example)
