Pumping Variables
My main concern is pumping for EQ and good healthy blood flow. Hopefully later on I can start pumping for size as well. From what I understand pumping in short broken down sets is best for EQ. For example 3 sets of 5 minutes under 5hg. My question is what should I be doing between sets and how long should the break be between sets? Are red dots a sign that I’m pumping too long or pumping with too much pressure? Are red dots a newbie thing or do they persist?
