My main concern is pumping for EQ and good healthy blood flow. Hopefully later on I can start pumping for size as well. From what I understand pumping in short broken down sets is best for EQ. For example 3 sets of 5 minutes under 5hg. My question is what should I be doing between sets and how long should the break be between sets? Are red dots a sign that I’m pumping too long or pumping with too much pressure? Are red dots a newbie thing or do they persist?

Take five minutes in between sets. Yes red dots are from over doing things. They will persist if the vacuum is too much.

Every dick responds differently in any kind of method.
In my case … I have great EQ from my nature … BUT even 1 session of pumping 3mins of 3Hg , is leading me with low Eq and a smaller stiff flaccid for 2 days…
Even my FSL is decreasing by 5mm.
Jelqing on the other hand is working like a charm for my EQ and girth gains.

So its up to you to test pumping and find out what happens to you.

Pumping often times will exhaust the penis to where your EQ won’t be great following right after your session, but 4+ hours later it is very often, very good EQ, if your not over doing it. And overall will result in better EQ, ie better morning wood, frequent erections, strength in erections and so forth.

In between sessions massage it, light edging. I like to get completely hard and then let the erection subside so that when I pump my next set I’m bringing in fresh new blood.

So what would be the difference between pumping at 2-3hg for 15 minutes straight vs. pumping 3 x 5 minutes at 2-3hg?

Think of it as doing 45 push-ups in a row vs 3 sets of 15 pushups with a break in between.


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

So splitting it up you get the same benefits with less chances of over doing it?
