Hello, just was wondering if anyone has successfully used pumping with the goal of increasing length. I have read about it but have not come across anyone with happy results. This is one of my goals because stretching yields almost nothing for me as of late. After extending and hanging for 0.5” after a year and a half, I think I have hit a plateau. Thanks!

Yes, it works well. It’s how I gained my length. Cylinder size, correct vacuum level and constant heat are critical.

If I may also ask: Currently I am 4.5” in erect girth so I was wondering if I should go with a 1.5” cylinder for length pumping work on one day.. And also use a 1.75” cylinder for girth work on an alternating day. Or.. Just use the 1.75” cylinder and hope for the best in increasing both ways.

Are you fully packing the 1.5” cylinder?


Initial: 7” BPEL; 6” NBPEL; 5.25” - 5.5” MEG

Current: 7-7/8” BPEL; 7-3/8” NBPEL; 8.5” BPFSL; 6.5” MEG; 6”x5” Flaccid.

Goal: Improved/consistent EQ while managing ED. Secondary: maintain current stats.

I have not yet begun the pumping journey.. Just hit a ceiling with clamping as well as extending and hanging. Doing some heavy research on the forum and buying the proper supplies. I’m really going to try (and want) to make this work for length as well as girth!

Thought I would jump in here. Is packing the cylinder key to length gains? And, is packing, say the bottom portion considered a pack, or does the entire cylinder need to be filled. Thinking the cylinder may be too big and I need to reduce circumference until the whole cylinder is filled with penis tissue?

Good question! I more or less have the same issue. I had considdered I was “packing the cylinder” but I’m a fair bit thicker at the base than MEG or below the glans and the reality is that the 1st 60% is packed and the last 40% still has some air gap.

It is accurate to use percentages when describing level of tube pack. Full is just that, full.

As 32quarters say, packing is packing :D how much you pack the tube is determined by percent for example or lets say length from base.
Like, I am packing first 8,5cm of my tube for example. My penis is 18,5 in tube so that would be roughly about 40% packing. If I do not count my glans then roughly 60% of my shaft is packing te tube.

In the tube your penis is expanding to every direction. Once your whole penis is packing the tube girthwise, the only direction that it can expand is forward.
So yeah, the more you’re packing the more likely you’ll see length gains. :)
