question about a home made pump

hello everyone

this is my first post. i have been on here a couple of months
just asking about the home made pumps
is the pump a pump to fill tyres and stuff or what is it and if so do you have to do anything to it

I would buy a quality pump and not mess with trying to build one yourself… They have some very good ones available…
