So about six weeks in, I’ve recently attempted to do A stretches. However, I can’t seem to both get a good grip on the head as well as to pull up in the middle with sufficient strength. The problem is that I feel like I’m mostly stretching a bunch of skin. I think that the problem is that pulling up in the middle changes the angle of the tip, which reduces the amount of torque. Has anyone else got the same problem?

What are you using as the fulcrum? If you’re using your wrist, or a broom handle, or whatever, let your wrist do the work—that way the stress will be on the base of your dick and your ligs. Be careful. Don’t grip right behind the head where those sensitive nerves are.

I use my wrist or a wooden dowel. What do you mean by letting the fulcrum do the work?

Once you have grasped your penis with your left hand, let’s say, and wrapped it over your wrist or the dowel, then you lift your wrist up, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, back and forth, so the stress is not on your tunica but on the ligs. You should feel the “burn” in that area, not your shaft.

Swinteck, you’ve been at it six weeks? I didn’t start the A stretches until I had been doing basic stretches and jelqs for three months.

I thought the A stretch was for the tunica?

Yes it is for the tunica Joe4. I have no clue what HH is talking about.

Unless we’re talking about two different stretches, I feel all the stress at the base of my dick and in the ligs. I know it’s the ligs because I can feel it clear up to my stomach. Before I do the dry jelq, I do my version of the A-stretch for 15 minutes. That gives me a jump start on the dry jelqing routine.

Don’t all these exercises affect both the tunica and the ligs, depending on how you perform them? Just wondering. Isn’t that jump start in length from the ligs? Or am I using the wrong terms here?

Whether you’re hitting mostly ligs or tunica with an A stretch, or a V stretch, depends on where the pivot point is on the axis of rotation, which means basically where you put the fulcrum. Further towards the base gets the ligs more; away from the base gets the tunica more. Try this:

—Put a 2 foot long dowel across the top of your thighs;

—Then stretch your penis up and over the dowel so the dowel is right up in there where the bottom side of your dick intersects with your balls;

—Then stretch your penis down towards the floor with some force.

That can give you a good lig stretch, and a good tunica stretch too.

However, I do think a wrist is too wide to get any good lig pull from an A stretch.
