Question about "A-stretches"
So about six weeks in, I’ve recently attempted to do A stretches. However, I can’t seem to both get a good grip on the head as well as to pull up in the middle with sufficient strength. The problem is that I feel like I’m mostly stretching a bunch of skin. I think that the problem is that pulling up in the middle changes the angle of the tip, which reduces the amount of torque. Has anyone else got the same problem?
