Question about kegels

I’ve been doing an hour of jelqing and 100 30 second kegels in my exercise, and I seem to do be doing fine with minor aching. Also hot wrap beginning and end, although I was wondering what I should add to my exercise.

I stretch occassionally left to right on my breaks but i’m wondering if i should do more, thanks

I think that you could add more details about how much gains you´re doing with this series, so the most experienced could help you.

Particularly, I think that stretching is a good warm-up for the jelq session, so I do it in all directions.
