Question about length gains
So next week I am going to start PEing again. I’ll have a lot of time because I am switching jobs and so I have free time for a few months. I know that overjelqing is bad.but I have a question for everyone. The veterans all say that too much PE is bad, but that’s really only talking about hanging/jelqing and other such stuff right? People use ADS even as newbies?
Would it be bad if I stretched for like 2-3 hours everyday, but I made sure not to pull too hard? Just got into a groove and just watched a movie or something. Thanks for the advice.
