Question about ligaments

Question about ligaments

OK, I’m still fairly new at this so bear with me.

I been doing some Reading (maybe not enough). But from what I understand is that, the reason for jelqing is so that we may stretch the ligaments at the base of the penis, (correct me if I’m wrong) and let our “inner” penis come out more for growth. If that’s the case, then what is the reason that we have to make blood flow towards the head while we jelq? And keep it trapped in our penis flowing towards the head?

Sorry if this is a bit unclear, if it is, let me know and I’ll try and reword things in a more understandable question.

Jelqing is not just for stretching the ligs. It is the most ‘multi purpose’ of all PE exercises.

Jelqing downwards (at 5,6,7 o’clock) will stretch the suspensory and fundiform ligs.

Forcing blood toward the glans creates pressure within the penis (corpus cavernosum and spongiosum) which stresses the tunica laterally and creates greater girth. It also contributes toward a larger glans.

Jelqing upwards stretches the tunica lengthways (the ligs are not involved when stretching upwards) creating more length gains.

For best results use a good metod of heating the penis first and jelq at about 60% erection.

This is a very simplified answer. There are many good posts on jelqing. Keep reading; in PE knowledge is power!

firegoat is fully RETIRED from Thundersplace.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results
