Question about mixed PIs

Hey guys, quick question: so my PE session yesterday seemed to go really well. It was a bit more intense and longer than usual (I’ve been working up to it) and afterwards I usually edge to fill the penis with blood. My erection was AMAZING (better than it has been in awhile) and my dick really looked like it had grown a bit. I was super happy.

Today, however, I have had a bit reduced EQ (less potent morning wood) and a smaller flaccid hang. Not that much worse, but a bit noticeably. This is happened a couple times before and it usually goes away in a day or two… Could I have overtrained even though my post-work out erection was so great? (I usually use that as the barometer for not overtraining)

A couple times when this is happened before I had done bed fowfers the night before.. After about 20 minutes I get pretty achy and have to stop. I have fallen asleep during them though, as I did last night, and I wonder if that is the cause of the negative PIs the following day. Generally my PIs have been amazing since getting the hang of my routine.
