Question for Firegoat - Pumping & Phallosan
In order to share knowledge I thought I would post this question for everyone to see:

I have really enjoyed reading through your theories on how we gain and the amount of rest required for permanent tissue expansion. While I am by no means knowledgeable in this field from a scientific perspective, your writing is very convincing! Due to a situation change in my life (single after WAY too many years in relationships), I have a lot more time on my hands and my desire to commit to serious PE has once again returned. I’ve pumped on and off over the years with little success but this time its serious, and I’m putting your routine to the test! This means 2 long (30-45 mins) pumping sessions at 2.5 - 4hg (Sat & Sun) with lots of heat interspersed with a little stretching/jelqing, followed by a light session on Wednesday which is typically stretching/jelqs and no more than 15 minutes in the pump. After 3 weeks of this routine I have experienced VERY positive PI’s. I am starting to firmly believe that low pressure/long duration pumping is a winner.
I also own a Phallosan Forte which I have discreetly worn for many months now, which for the record I find very comfortable and in no way negative to erection quality. During this time I have gained flaccid length and flaccid stretched length only.
Question - Considering you advise quite a significant amount of rest between sessions (in comparison to other Vets advice), do you think using the phallosan would hamper recovery or would it actually facilitate gains as tissues would be recovering in a stretched state? Have you ever tried an ADS type device before? I always use the phallosan with light to medium tension to ensure maximum number of hours worn. I typically shoot for 6-10 hours 5 days per week.
Hopefully a few months from now I will have some positive news to share with my TP brothers.
Forgive me if this question has already been answered. Thanks for your time,
Luke
