Question about PE routine

Question about PE routine

I recently started PE. To be specific, I have done routine only two times.

Both times I got few red or purple spots on my penis.

So my question is, can I continue doing routine with spots or should I wait for them to disappear?

Welcome to PE,

If you feel you should take a break and let the spots go away, then that is what you should do. You only get one penis.

What is your routine?

Personally, I would tell you that what you are seeing is very normal and is part of your conditioning to doing PE. You are fine and should continue.

Some items you may want to look for/add:
Are you doing any warm up, heat pad etc?
Are you doing any warm down, heat pad etc?
Are you doing any jelqing with your routine? If yes, you may want to finish your routine this way as I always found jelqing great at removing any pockets of sitting blood (a bruise).

Keep an eye on the bruising (if it gets way worse then stop and ask for more advice) but a couple of small spots should not prevent you from doing your daily routine.

Welcome again and good luck!

Hello,

Started with newbie routine. I have done some warm up and warm down with glass of water method (maybe its not enough) :)
Yes, I am doing jelq and I am getting this spots because of it. They appear at the end of jelq. I have done more jelq minutes then noted in routine though.

Can you tell me whats the difference between bruising and this purple spots?
Because it sure looks like bruising spot, its purple.

Great information and you are on the right track.

Again, this is a conditioning thing as you are new to PE but….
You need to do one of two thing to prevent the bruising and allow your unit to get conditioned:
1) lighten your grip a bit. Too tight of a grip will cause bruising
2) reduce the set, cut it in half and slowly add time back a little a week

Good job Expand!

The small red/purple spots are blood spots that over time will vanish.
You have added stress to your penis that it wasn’t ready for and caused bruising. This won’t just happen as a newbie, you will deal with this again as you progress and try new things.
The spots normally show up in the area under your glans, this area of skin is more sensitive and susceptible to bruising.

When doing a similar routine over time, you will become more conditioned and not get the spotting.

Thank you for fast answers!
