Does the newbie routine’s manual stretches help with erect length gain, or flaccid length gain? I’m looking to increase my erect length.

It helps with both.

The general purpose of almost all the PE exercises is to increase the erect length and girth in the first place, and the flaccid gains come as a bonus.

Ok bro I donĀ“t mean to sound disrespectful but you need to get yourself to do some reading, the last two topics you have opened have been discussed way too many time and this question specifically can be easily responded in the newbie routine thread.

If you are remotely serious in getting gains and avoid any injury I will highly advise you to give this thread a thorough read
