Question for those who done pe for a while

Is the concept of clamping and using a pump produce the same results? I read that a pump is useless but it seems to me it is really no different than clamping. Anyone?

Since this is my first post I will post my gains. I have be doing enlargement techniques for about two years now. My starting size was about 5.5 el and 4.75 eg
Now I am 7.85 el and 5.5 eg
I really want to get my eg to about 6 but it seems to be at a stand still right now. Any solutions?

Those are terrific gains. What was your routine?

I don’t know where you read that a pump is useless, but it wasn’t at the Pumper’s Forum here.

Clamping and pumping are both good for girth. They work in different ways. Both can be effective, and you need to be careful with both.

In addition to trying something new, you might want to consider a deconditioning break if your gains have slowed to a halt.

Those are terrific gains. What was your routine?

First I use some supplements !. Argimax from Rite Aid is a good product I only use about half of the original recommended dose and I do a regular work out with Stretches and Jelqs.

My warm up may be a key to gains. Instead of a warm wrap I have a coffee cup specially designated for warming up.

I use hot water from my water cooler/heater. I simply dip in the cup for about five minutes and work out then repeat as needed. This seems to work really well.

I used to use tap water but it caused dryness, quality spring water I say “nothing but the best”.

At night I sleep with a magnetic wrist bracelet around my shaft believe it or not this keeps more blood flow to your penis in the night by morning it hangs a lot further than normal.

Besides from doing some clamping and Ulis I have found I could use the belt from a soft bath robe for penis stretching this seems to work well.

Like everything you need to be careful but using this can be very effective. Just one simple tie just below the glands.

Then pull your penis between your legs bring the belt up from the back wrap once around your waist and use a slip knot to adjust to desired tension on the stretch Stretch.

I have only been doing this belt stretching for about three weeks now but it seems to be effective. I can wear it under my loose jeans or jogging pants without being notice or at least so I think haha.

Pump vs clamping— think trying to expand your unit by pulling the blood into it vs pushing it in.

Not precisely what’s happening- but as a meta it may help you visualize the difference.

Clamping and pumping are pretty different. Pumping mostly pulls lymph fluid and some blood into your penis. Clamping prevents blood and some lymph fluid from leaving your penis. I do both on occasion but prefer clamping - there’s less lymph fluid build up and it seems to strenghthen the veins along the shaft.
