Question on Grip
So, one of the big things I see on the forums is warnings not to use more pressure than you can handle, but I can never find any descriptive advice on how tight a beginners grip should be. Should I be squeezing and applying any force at all? Or is the okay grip initially meant to just be a light squeeze? I’ve seen the phrase tourniquet grip tossed around for Uli’s, but nothing on how much tighter that grip is from the standard, and well.. So far I’ve been struggling to find a routine that works. The newbie routine is too much for me somehow and I’m trying various lesser versions, but I’m also wondering if my grip is part of problem.
