Dry Jelqing With A C Grip
First of all I would like to clarify that I am uncut and I only use dry jelqs. I came to notice that jelqing with a c grip feels more natural to my penis and the expansion I get is simply amazing. Two of my three injuries happened while I was using the standard overhand grip on my usual routine. Perhaps with a little more pressure than usual. The third while I was using the c grip but was caused by clearly overdoing it for reps.
I am totally unable to put excessive pressure while using a c grip. It’s like my brain won’t let it happen, or think about it, cause when you have max expansion and you are a practical guy you know you dont’ want more than that. Also with an ok grip after 100 jelqs my penis looks like it took a hell of a beating. With the c grip I can go up to 200 reps perhaps more, with good results and I am letting you know that injury from using the c grip came after performing 300 jelqs when my previous session ended at 220. Stupid, I know. I clearly overdidi it. 80% of my gains came after using the c grip for 2 months.
My first and last injury happened while using an overhand grip, on a normal routine, like I said before. Should have sticked to the c grip. I only changed it to give a different feeling to the penis for a while, during my sessions.
So, any opinions on that? Is it something that only works for me?I know there is a turkey neck risk with dry jelqing but I allready have a lot of skin. No problem for me there. Slides smoothly.
