I’m not new to this forum but haven’t been on it in quite some time. I want to start back up starting with the newbie routine. Instead of wet jelq I want to do dry ones just a preference. My main goal is girth than length which I know dry is suppose to be more suited for. So my question is since dry jelqing is suppose to be more intense do I do less amount of dry jelqs? Like if the newbie routine calls for 200 jelqs do I do 100 instead? Thanks for the responses.

Yes. Hard to give a fixed number, but I’d really start from a very low number -think about 25 reps and add 5-10 per weeks. I’ve never done 100 dry jelqs, just saying.

Ok thanks for the advice. I’ll start with 25 reps and then add 10 each week and see how it goes.
