Just a couple of things I’ve been wondering…

My shape is the dreaded baseball bat, with a girth of 5” at the head. That’s enough girth there, I don’t want any more! Is there any way of targeting the (much skinnier) base, any special jelqing technique? Is jelqing itself maybe a bad idea, since I’m forcing blood from the skinniest part to the fattest? Though I didn’t measure girth when I started PE, it seems that I can see a slight overall increase, both flaccid and erect (no length gains, though), but the baseball bat effect is still - well, in effect, if not even slightly worse.

If anyone has any thoughts on this, I’d be much interested.

I have read on this site that hanging can increase the girth of the base of the penis for a more cone-like shape, but I still feel like too much of a newbie to try hanging yet.

Well, mug, if you’re looking for BG and EL, hanging is probably the way to go. Worked for me, anyways.

If you feel that you don’t have the conditioning for it, then keep jelqing and use the conditioning time to read as much as possible in the Hanger's Forum, and make your own hanger while you’re waiting.

Try doing this exercise, While you are still flaccid grip the head of the penis with one hand and the base of the penis with the other. Make sure that have a good grip, now with one single motion push the hand that is holding the head toward the other hand. You should feel the blood being pushed into the base, repeat this 10 time to start with, then build up to more reps.

How long did you do PE before you began hanging? Did you get gains from PE before hanging? Just curious..

I started to develop the baseball bat effect where the base was smaller in girth then the rest of the penis shaft. So I developed this exercise to regain the base girth. It seemed to work for me, now the base is back to where it should be.


Starting Stats 7/15/05 -- Flaccid L 3.375"x Flaccid G 2.125", BPEL 5.250" x EG 3.750"

Stats as of 11/17/07-- Flaccid L 6.000"x Flaccid G 5.6875", BPEL 8.000" x EG 6.125"

Long Term Goal: BPEL 9.000"x EG 6.500" Dusty

I pumped for at least a decade with minimal EL gains (but tons of EG gains) before I started hanging (in 2004, with a - Wench).
