I’ve been PEing around 3 weeks. I just found out about the LOT, and when I preform the LOT test, I have visible tug back in all directions, meaning my LOT is 6? I just finished a workout a couple hours ago, could this change my LOT? Should I continue with the newbie routine for another 2 months, or should I change up my routine some to accommodate my LOT?
