Question to veterans, stretch and hang

I’ve been a member for quite some time but haven’t really posted anything, I’m more of a reader. But now, well I would really love to get some advice.
First off, I’ve been using a Phallosan Forte since January this year. I see some changes now. Before I started with it my dick was bent down word, like the banana shape and it also tilted to the left. After over a half year of using it, it did change a long the way. Now my dick have straighten out more and is pointing up, still tilting a bit to the left. The erection quality is much better, more hard and pumped. The gains aren’t huge but, there are some more length to it, but its very little extra length, but the thickness is more noticeable. That’s nice :)
Maybe the gains could have been better during this time, I don’t know, but I’ve been very careful and have using it with a low tension and slowly put some more force in the stretching. There are a measurement, green - yellow - red. I followed the instructions to stay in the lower green area and I kept it there for a much longer time then the instruction said, gradually I put more force and now I’m in the red area and everything is super comfortable. I’m also stretching half the time of whats suggested. The time is a problem because I have kids and wife, no privacy like in the old days hehe,
Anyway, the Phallosan have its limits, I can position it to either the right side or the left side, that’s it.
So the other day I thought I should combine the sessions with some hanging.
I used the phallosan suction cup since it works good and feels good. I attached a bottle of water and it weighed 12.3 oz.
The force and stretch is targeting in a different way and I feel the stretch more in the inside of my body, the inner penis perhaps? Also I get a bit fatigue in the belly muscles above. I’m a newbie so here comes the questions I’m hoping to be answered.
Is it ok to combine the left and right stretch with a hanging routine with weights?
The stretch feels much more then compared to the left and right. When I look at the measurement of the force I am in the green area on the Phallosan, but like I said, the tension feels much more.
How I experience the stretch and feel, is that the right feeling or is that a sign of being to much?
Can you recommend me on how much the weight should be contra the feeling of the stretch to the penis, inner penis and the surrounding muscles?
For how long is it ok to hang, 15 - 20 - 30 - 45 - 60 minutes? I know even if everything feels ok, it still have its limits which I don’t want to push.
My phallosan sessions are between 4 and 6 hours.
