Question.
So I’ve been on the newbie routine for a while now. I had been doing PE for about 3-4 weeks during the summer and focused only on girth. I actually increased pretty rapidly at the beginning, adding about a 1/16 of in inch in roughly two weeks. They seemed rapid to me anyway due to the fact that my girth is only 4.5” which is something I’m very upset about. My BPEL I am okay with at the moment, but just okay. I’m at 6.68”. I would love to reach a 7X5 at least! But, anyway, enough background, here’s my question.
1) I’ve known about the LOT theory for a little while. My LOT is around 6-7. I’ve read that tunica stretching is the best way to handle this, but, being a newbie, should I continue to just do the newbie routine? I’ve been at it for about a week now and things are going great, but I’m just afraid I’m doing all of this work for nothing since my LOT is 6-7.
Routine: Newbie
5 minutes manual stretching.
10 minutes jelqing.
