Hi everyone, I have a question, I apologize if a similar thread already exists and I could not find it.

In your opinion, splitting the newbie routine into a morning session of stretching and an evening of jelq can be counterproductive?


Start: BP: 17.9, NBP: 16.8, MSEG: 14.0

Goal: NBP: 18.5, MSEG: 15.0

Dream: NBP: 20.0, MSEG: 16.0

I did it in the 4th month and did see no gains when I split the session.


Start: 15.1cm BPEL

Current: 16.9cm

Final goal: 7 inch

I understand, but the memento’s routine is split into two sessions, isn’t the logic the same?

I would double the sessions while making the sessions shorter.

For instance, do 10 30-second stretches and 100 jelqs in the AM, followed by the same in the PM. Should work OK.

In my opinion you should keep with normal newbie routine because its works for most of the community unless you have time problem and its more easier and comfortable going with split.

And don’t get me wrong I’m very anti generic program because I Believe every 1 is different and you should learn your limits and what works for you.

Yet this routine is just helping you to build basic stamina and when you finish it you have your whole life to test new P.E exercises and equipment’s.

Yes, the problem is time.

Youre starting stats are far above average, I dont mind that people with a pretty big dick do PE but are you sure you want to start when you dont have a lot of time? And your BP is not that much different of your NBP length so you have low fat percentage I think? Mine bpel is 1 inch difference compared to nbp

Of course, I added 1.3cm in 50 minute sessions time is not a problem

Yes only newbie routine but I am 90% sure my gains now stopped and I have to expand the newbie routine to 40 mins jelqing and 15 mins stretching maybe even in 2 sessions otherwise its too much for my fingers (when stretching) and back while jelqing. I jelq downwards so my posture isnt very good and it hurts my back
