You might look into hanging. Some serious hangers have reported “tree trunk” bases.
Start by checking out the hanging forum threads.

Also try using the “Search” button . If you do a “Base Girth titles only” search, you will come up with three pages of post, many of which list specific routines.

Tree trunk bases.. Were they aiming for tree trunk bases or did it just happen by accident?

Clamping and stretching have increased my base fairly dramatically.

Hey, I’m also interested in developing my base girth, how does clamping work on the base? It seems that the clamp itself, squeezing the base wouldn’t help expand it.. Am I wrong?

I do some hand clamping as well as jelqs and manual stretches and I’d really like some input on this, it seems that everything but the base of my shaft is expanding.

Mine happened absolutely by accident. I was hanging for length only.

My base girth exploded from hanging for nearly a year. I never took a before measurement but my base girth ended up being nearly an inch fatter than my mid shaft girth and I didn’t even try to make that happen.

Shit I gained more in base girth during that time than EL. Go figure. But that’s my story on base girth.

Theory is that the body responds to the exact place that the clamp is secured by thickening the tissue to prevent the trauma from occurring again.

Newguy, do you think this might also apply to manual clamping? I do some “lite” clamping with an OK grip around the base of my penis while doing kegels for 30secs to 2 minutes. So far I’ve noticed slight girth gains in every part of my penis except the base, what I guess is called the “baseball bat” effect.
