Questions about Hanging

I recently sent in for a Bib starter, (Bib did you get a order from Lowell, MA?) and i was reading up on hanging. I know BTC stands for between the cheeks but i’m not sure how this is pose to be done. OTS over the shoulder is also something i have trouble pictureing, can someone explain both these positions to me, for OTS does you dick have to be really long flacid? Thanks in advance.

Imagine yourself sitting in a chair. Now you have your Bib Starter all hooked up but instead of it dangling off the seat you have it with plenty of rope or whatever you will use and draped over your shoulder like an ordinary towel.

BTC means just that. Sit in a chair scooted down. Put your feet up in another chair, and let your unit, with hanger and weights attached go between your balls and then BTC. If you need more information, there are about a million explanations of how to in this forum.

BTW, be sure to take it slow in getting to the BTC position. It is intense.
