Does Clamping Prevent Hanging Gains. Hanging Questions
I have been doing the newbie routine on and off for alittle while and for a few days started this routine to see how it would go..
5-10 Min Hot Shower/Bath
5-10 Min Stretching
2x20 5-10lbs Hanging
3x10 Clamping
300 Wet Jelqs
100 Kegels
5-10 Min Stretching
If I was to permanently use this routine is the clamping going to prevent any length gains I have read a few threads saying that you gain length first then girth cannot do both at the same time and if so then what you you all recommend I adjust to fix issue?
The other questions I had were about hanging I have been hanging for about 1.5-2 months now and am curious, I hang standing up and is that the optimal way to hang? When I lean forward I can really feel the stretch almost on the underside back part of my penis up between my legs almost. Should that be the feeling to have the whole session? When I try and sit on the edge of a chair I feel a sorta painful feeling on the skin and not so much a big stretch on anything regarding my penis? :S I’m just really confused a bit and want to make sure I am not wasting my time.
