Hi everyone,

I’ve been jelqing for about 35 days and I noticed some things that I would like to ask about.

1. I noticed that I got about 0.5 inches in temporary girth gain that lasted about 5 minutes after I completed 200 jelqs. I did the jelqs around 50-70% erect. What was even more interesting is my flaccid girth went from 3.9in to 5in. The 5 inches being .5 bigger than my erect girth. Has anyone else experienced something similar or different to this with jelqing? I have some experience with pumping so I’ve seen something like this happen before but not with the jelqing and definitely not this extreme.

2. Comparing the overhand grip vs. The underhanded grip. I’ve read various things both on here and PEGym on different erection levels, how hard you should grip etc etc. But not too much information on how you should grip your penis (besides making an OK symbol). I have found that at least for me the overhanded grip is by far superior when it comes to pushing blood throughout the penis. The Vjelq and underhanded jelq don’t move as nearly as much blood for me. Anyone else experience something similar or different?

On point number one, its perfectly normal. Your penis is just swollen from all the jelqing. This will go away over time so enjoy it while it lasts.

I prefer the underhand grip because it doesn’t put as much strain on my wrists (my wrists dislocate from time to time from stretched ligaments) so I don’t do overhand grip a lot. But the overhand grip puts more pressure on my dick so I do use it from time to time.
