I started PEing a while ago, I took it too far, did too much and injured myself. Warning to all of you, every guy wants a bigger dick for the moment he whips it out and the girl says ‘wowzers’, but it is all patience.

Questions: Sometimes when I’m jelqing, right before I start the stroke I kegel which makes more blood go into my penis, is this Good OR Bad?

When jelqing, how firm should your grip be? Should you be feeling the veins and things inside your penis or what? Is lighter grip better?

How do I find out if I’m a fast gainer/slow gainer?

1. Good if you want it to be more intense.

2. Lighter if you’re a newbie or haven’t been doing PE for awhile (at least for the most part).

3. Not sure what you mean by the vein thing. Lighter can be better, especially if you over did it before. You can always change your grip later. It’s better to underdo it than overdo it.

4. If you make good gains or not.

I feel the veins in my penis when I jelq below 40% erection as well…I just try to ignore it really.

Good if you do it when you need to. I think any time you can do kegels, you’re doing yourself a favor. I kegel to keep my erection at the right level. I think this is necessary for dry jelqing, but it would seem less necessary (or less frequent) for wet jelqing because you can keep the blood from receding with your “base” hand. If you kegel too much your erection level gets too high for your jelq to be effective.

It should be tight enough to cause the maximal expansion you can and still allow your hand to move upward without causing injury. If it hurts too much or you get any other negative indicators, back off.

Measure. Pull. Rest. Repeat. rate = change / time
