Hi all,

I have been reading the forums for a few days now regarding PE and techniques, jelqing, hangers, extenders etc.

However all of these seem require long periods of commitment each day, which I really am not lucky enough to have (I work Mon-Fri 9-5, and 14 hour shifts at the weekends. When I am home the house is always busy, I would never get 15 minutes alone without questions being asked 🤣).

So I am wondering if I may have missed something that could be done for short periods a day that would give the desired effect?
