Does the time of day at which you work out your penis have an effect? I know that when trying to lose weight one should work out during the morning before the first meal, is there any such thing that any of you have found out?
Does being overweight have an effect? i myself am slightly over weight, maybe 10-20 pounds, is it important that i lose it?
and doing keggles, should i do them before, after, inbetween or at any other time during the workout, or is it ok to do them any time of day (I know they can’t hurt at any time of the day, but what do u find gives the best results??)
and exaclty how erect should one be when jelqing?
are there different benifits of dry jelqing to lubed jelqing?
and finaly what is a good household lube? I don’t have that much vasiline/ baby oil available to me
