Quick Question
I been on these forums for almost 4 years, 3 of which I have been a member, but only starting in 2008 have I attempted to follow a routine. I am 22 years old this past February, and feel that it is appropriate to start now that I am fully out of my development stage (you know, puberty). I didn’t want to adversely affect any God given growth with exercises.
Now here I am, a good 3.5 months into my routine, which had undergone numerous changes. I finally got the routine I use now just this past month (mid-march), and have been executing it pretty regularly for the past 4 weeks.
5 minutes warm-water washcloth
16 1-minute stretches: up, down, left, and right (4 sets ultimately)
- Edit: I am un-cut, so it took me 3 months to realize I should not yank and foreskin+head to stretch, just the head. Oops!
15 minutes 50-85% EQ wet jelq (Vaseline)
25 3-second hold kegels
25 1-second quick kegels
5 minutes warm-water washcloth
My EQ has gone up and down over the months, however as of late I could not be happier with my EQ, which hits a nice 8-10 on a pretty regular basis, sometimes actually causing me to be sore. As I said this routine is one I worked my way into, and is not from a fresh start (ie - 5 minutes of stretching/jelqing, which I already did), so herein lies my question: What is a steady workout regimen beyond the newbie routine, and how much does 48 hours of rest impose upon gains that 24 hours does not? The reason I ask is because I try to stick to 2 on, 1 off, schedule, but some nights I go out with my wife/friends and you can’t really jelq effectively with whiskey-dick. Therefore, over the past 4 weeks, I have had two 2on, 2 off, workouts, and I am actually losing sleep over how much this will affect any gains.
Thanks for any information!
