What I have noticed sometimes is after a session of jelqing I won’t be pumped and will actually seem rather small even if a couple days before that I was pumped fine after jelqing. Normally after that happens I take a break for a week or two, but it happens to frequently to keep taking breaks. Anyway, I just came off mine 1 day rest yesterday and jelqed today, just to have the no-pump, small flaccid thing happen, but I chose to put my ADS on anyway. Now its about 6 hours from when I jelqed and my flaccid is back to normal maybe hanging a little bit lower. Should I continue with jelqing tomorrow (my normal 2 days on/1 day off routine)?

Also since I pretty much killed the idea of a quick question already, is it ok to wear my ADS 4 days on/1 day off, while also doing jelqs 2 days on/1 off? I mean for the past couple weeks it was giving me great results, but when my flaccid suffers I immediately get scared and take a break and try changing my routine. Is it safe to say that I’m making it a bigger deal then it is?

Yes.

Shrinkage is usually directly related to going overboard. So, if you want a nice hang afterwards, try backing off a bit on the jelqing and the ADS too. I think when you do, you will see a better result. The key is to make whatever you do feel good.


The primary goal of PE should be to make your penis as healthy as possible in both form and function. If you do that, increased size will follow.

Thanks for the advice. Seems I’m back to normal now. I decided not to jelq today, but I went back in the ADS. I forgot that I had upped the tension by a small amount, so I dropped that extra tension. I feel as though the way I was doing it the last couple weeks, low tension accompanied with jelqs, had given me my hardest erections and best flaccid hang.

What I’m hoping to do is keep this up, while upping the jelqs every so often. When I feel a little more tension is needed in the ADS, I’ll add it, rather than the two weeks they recommend. Overall, I at LEAST want average girth, so I’ll do what I can with jelqs and the ADS. When the gains from that stop its onto clamping!

I just see this as a normal part of the session. Some shrinkage after the session but it gets back to full size or just a litte bigger a few hours later. No effects on erect size though.


Obsession is a word used by the lazy to describe the dedicated.
