Rate my Routine
Hello All,
I have been doing PE on and off for last 1.5 years, but I realize this isn’t a good strategy to see gains. Like all things worth having in life, hard work and consistency is required. My stats are 6” (I think I’m doing BPEL measurements, not 100% sure though) and 4.5” girth. With that said, I’ve been adhering to a routine that I would appreciate your input on. It’s fairly basic but consists of the following:
1. I wear the phallosan forte extender pretty much the whole day at work, so that’s about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. I tend to wear it around the mid yellow tension range if anyone is familiar with that device. I’ve been considering upping the hours (I’m not sure 40 hours a week is enough) to include some of the evening time and wearing it one day during the weekend - I want to take at least one day a week off, unless it’s not generally considered necessary.
Honestly, I don’t like the phallosan forte. It’s a pain in the ass in that it keeps slipping off your dick, which becomes even more of a problem after a few weeks use, when the sleeves start to lose their grip. Putting baby powder on the sleeves doesn’t solve the problem, it actually makes it worse by causing the sleeves to lose additional grip.
I am thus considering trying the size genetics extender instead. I’m not a fan of manual exercises.
2. For girth, I’ve running a 2 day on, 1 day off schedule using the Bathmate Hydromax X30. I get hard using porn, then pump for 7.5 minutes. At this point, I take a short break and crank my dick a bit to even out the blood flow, then get hard again and do another 7.5 minutes in the hydromax so I use it for a total of 15 minutes.
The challenge is to stop jerking off once you’ve started when you’re trying to get hard so you can get the maximum pumping benefit. There have been more than a few times where I just end up blowing my load, which obviously ends the pumping session right there and then before it’s even started.
I tend to hit about 7” length in the device when I pump. I also do kegels while I pump to kill two birds with one stone.
Occasionally, I’ll get edema from this, but it’s manageable. I also own a Penomet with all the gaiters (including the X85 green gaiter), but I prefer using the bathmate hydromax as I believe it creates more pressure.
In conclusion, if you see any areas where you think I can improve my routine for better results, please let me know. Although I’ve been aware of PE for over a year, I still consider myself a relative beginner. And thank you for your input!
