Reaching Girth Fatigue
A few vets (specifically BIB and juke) who gained significantly have spoken on the need for experiencing fatigue for optimal girth gains.
This always made sense to me, if we’re not really feeling a stretch then we’re basically just diddling ourselves. I clamped every day for three months and gained nothing, and I also experienced no negative PIs, injuries, or fatigue. Feel nothing, gain nothing.
Based on the anecdotes around here, it seems that some men are able to gain girth from light wet jelqing at 50% erection for ten minutes three times a week, and any more intensity than that would shatter their junk.
On the other hand, there are those (like myself) who can withstand weighted clamping sets after three years of decon without experiencing the type of fatigue that BIB and juke describe at all.
BIB reported that girth fatigue was easier for him to reach than length fatigue. I have never experienced either one (except some lig soreness from SD hanging), but length seems like it would be a lot easier to reach just because all it comes down to is tension and time, whereas with girth we’re working with so many fickle components like EQ and whatever expansion you manage to muster on that particular day.
