Thanks man and yeah not a problem. When I first did my routine about 2 or 3 yrs ago I never measured at the beginning but at the end of the newbie routine, I was 7.25” BPEL and 5” girth. Well rough times ensued and alot of drinking smoking and masturbating happened, then about 3 months ago I woke up one day and my penis just looked sad haha. Barely clearing 6” BPEL and was too embarrassed to measure girth. Trust me when I saw rode hard and put away shriveled. Well I was committed with the following routine.
1.Warm shower
2.Removable shower head hot water soak (no time just until it feels hot and mushy. It gets red too but no numbness or any discomfort.
3. 5 direction stretch with helicopter in between 30 seconds each
4. Ok grip jelq 10 minutes 7 to 10 second strokes.
5. Finish off work out with v jelq. Going off my last experience I do enough to really plump up without injury.
6. Same as warm up but warm down for 5 minutes.
7. Oh and kegels through out the day on a 1 on 1 off routine.
Well as of last week I’m at 7.25 BPEL and 5.25” mseg but I’m gonna stick with the new routine until I stop improving then start adding some squeezing little by little monitoring my pi’s.
Just wanted to add, I don’t think I gained any at all, I just feel like I have my old dick back.
