Recommended Heating Devices

Any tips or recommendations for heat wrapping and for prolonged heating? I’ve looked for heat therapy wraps but haven’t a found a suitable one yet.

For the life of me I can’t remember the brand of mine, it’s like Therma-something, but its the concept of the results on this Google search.

Basically is a USB heating pad. So I can use it at home with a charging block (provided) or in the car with the adapter I have. Really neat.

This seems a great little lamp but unfortunately it’s nearly five times the price ($250) in the US.

Those are a generic Chinese produced lamp - I can’t vouch for the quality of the bulb, but they seem to get good reviews. You can often find them much cheaper on ebay than Amazon (over here at least).
I did notice that on the same page you linked, there is the 300 watt (rather than 150 I usually recommend) higher model lamp by the same company as the one I linked at a very good price. I haven’t tried a lamp with a panel type lamp rather than a bulb and at 300w I’d have to be further away, but I may be tempted to try one of these: https://www.ama zon.com/gp/slre … spa_dk_detail_6

Thanks for the tips guys. I haven’t got a microwave so can’t do that, I’m gonna check out some neck wraps like Vash92 has, that one I can’t get in the UK. Possibly that fan Firegoat suggested too.

Ok, thanks. Yeah, I saw that 300 watt Beurer lamp yesterday and investigated whether the wattage could be adjusted down to 150. That’s not possible unfortunately (I’m assuming none of those IR lamps have that feature) so I thought it would be too hot.

I like the size on this thing….perfect for PE!

It really is! I used to use a bulb a couple years ago when I first was starting out, but it would heat up way more body parts than i needed to and I was somewhat worried.

Using this heat pad while we speak, watching a movie (at home, of course!)The convenience is amazing.
