Hey All,

I hope you are well.

I do not have much spare time so try to make do with what I can.
I have a sauna in my building and everyday after a workout do:
1x 10min sauna
1x 5 min cold shower
1x 10min sauna
1x 5 min cold shower
1x 10min sauna
1x 5 min cold shower

I would really like to incorporate some PE as I will have 2 spare hands available. I occasionally run into people in the sauna so can’t go crazy.
I know for jelqing its recommended to have a 50-70% erection however in the sauna when your brain/body literally thinks you are dying keeping any kind of erection is almost impossible.
Similarly in a cold shower.

Any recommendations of most effective fully soft PE stretches.

You can do all the stretches mentioned and just drop your dick if someone enters, no erection. Fowfers can be done totally unnoticed…
