Red dots at low pressure

I get red dots from pumping, even at lower pressures, like 2.5hg or 3hg. If I go any lower I can’t make a seal. If I ignore the dots and keep pumping at these low pressures will the dots eventually stop showing up throughout my pumping sessions? I don’t see what else I can do… Any ideas?

Yes, i think they will. You need to condition your penis.

Do you enter the tube hard or flaccid?

Have you always been pumping at those pressures, or did you initially get those red dots at higher pressures and then back off? If so, take a week off for everything to heal back to normal and then start again at 3inhg for only 5 minutes and gradually work up to 10 to 15 minutes at 3inhg before moving up to 4 and then 5inhg also for 10 to 15 minutes.

At first I was pumping at 5hg 3 x 3min sets. Then I experimented with other conservative routines always below 4hg. The dots are gone by the next day and I’m doing 2 days on and one 1 day off.

The dots are visually gone, but they are not healed. The dots are broken capillaries and you should give them about a week or so to heal.

I would recommend after a week off, start again, but enter the tube erect or at least with a semi and only pump to 3inhg for 5 minutes. I think that should work for you to get started.

Ok great thanks for the info! Should I keep my once a day, 2 days on, one day off schedule?

I think you should take all precautions when you are starting back up and just go for 1 on, 1 off and see if you can eliminate those red spots altogether. Of course as you slowly condition yourself, you can change days on and off as well as time and pressure. But even when fully conditioned you can use 5inhg as your max pressure and keep getting bigger and better results by slowly increasing your total continuous time in the tube up to 25-30 minutes. But that is several weeks in the future from now.

Hey man, just took a whole week off like we discussed. Pumping at 3hg for 5 minutes I still got red dots but a lot less. The only thing I read online that I didn’t do is pump very slowly towards my intended pressure. Besides that I don’t get it… Any thoughts?

Are you on any kind of blood thinners? Things like aspirin, fish oil, tumeric or curcumin for example.

Do you add heat? Heat causes the capillaries to dilate. I wonder if adding heat to “relax” the capillaries prior to pumping would help or further aggravate your situation.

I am leaning towards adding heat as a benefit, but would like to hear other’s experience or opinions.

I submerge my dick in a cup of hot/warm water for five minutes before pumping. Do you think I should give it a go no warm up?

I think in general adding heat is key to growth. I am unsure if heat has any impact on your petechia issue.

Have you tried entering the tube erect or at least with a good semi erection?

As far as heat goes, I preheat the cylinder in an oven on the lowest setting and when I pump I wrap the tube in a Thermipaq heat pad.
