I haven’t been doing my routine for a while, but I’m starting to see red spots at the base of my shaft, right about where it meets the skin your body. Only been jelquing, I’ve searched this problem on the forum and the only things I’ve found were red spots either around the glans, or caused by a pump. Any ideas?
Do you use a c ring, girth sleeve or similar?
Do you shave?
Are they raised bumps or just red spots in the skin?

No, I don’t use anything like that. I honestly think now it’s just from shaving
