Red Spots On Glans... Yeast Infection?

Hi everyone… i am kondo of mad right now. Had sex with a girl 3 days ago and now when i pull my foreskin back i have red spots on my glans… she also told me she feel as if she has a yeast infection. This sucks because i already have a problem with my glans being sort of dry and cracked and now this. Any tips on what to do? It doesn’t itch or hurt, just looks disgusting.

I sometimes get red spots when I PE too hard. Use some heat pads and It should be better in a day or two. If not see a doctor.

Update: The red spots sort of got less visible but i have a red spot on the top of my glans, as well as white spots almost like blisters on the underside of my glans… i´ll probably go to the doctor on monday for this.
