What do they mean?

From what iv read on thunder,everyone has had them one time or another.I don’t think there anything to worry about but wait until the older members comment.

Do you get them after jelqing or what? Do they go away after a little while? You may just be overdoing it on the intensity. Ease up a bit.

That’s right, you’re overtraining. But look at it at the bright sight, at least now you know when you’re overtraining, so don’t let it happen again! I always tend to stop my daily penile exercise right before this point so I know I’ve spend right enough amount of time on it. For instance, I know my member get’s overtrained after more than 25 minutes of hard Jelqing. But of course the time spent while not overtraining will increase after your dick get’s conditioned to the exercises so you basically just have to FEEL it. It’s hard to explain but when you’re in the process of long-term PE you’ll know what I mean.
