Regularity or quality of routine?
Hi guys,
Known about PE for years, up to speed with most it, just yet to actually stick to it. Always thought that those who succeed in PE are generally more driven/determined (but that’s another story).
Now I’ve finished Uni I’m working away from home on business and unable to spend sufficient time on routines on my own (due to shared accommodation and time constraints). If I work on 2/3 day routines per week (good long sessions with maybe 15/20 wet jelqs and misc stretches) can I still see any results. My instinct would suggest that regularity is one of the most important factors in determining success rates, for example 4/5 routines in a week, which are less intense might be better. Would I be correct in this assumption? Do any of you guys realise good gains through 2/3 day routines per week?
Cheers
