Relationship of body muscles to PE

Relationship of body muscles to PE

Hi. I’m totally new here. And totally new to PE. I have some questions and for those who has an opinion or a comment, feel free to comment. At the moment, I have 6.5L and I don’t know my girth.

OK here’s my questions and it’s about gain. If I am an easy gainer on muscle body building, will I be an easy gainer too when it comes to PE? Will it greatly affect my gains if that’s the case. Can I body build and at the same time do PE? Thanks for your answers and comments in advanced!

“Can I body build and at the same time do PE?”
Yes, but not at the exact same time or they will kick you out of the gym.

As far as a correlation on gains goes? I do not know but I don’t think so. You discipline from body building, martial arts, or the like will certainly help in PE.

I don’t think that the two has anything to do with each other since you’re not lifting weights with your penis, maybe hanging weights, but that’s something else. The penis isn’t a muscle and you’re not training it in the same sense, but maybe I’m wrong.

Do high testosterone levels help PE gains?

I would think that low testosterone hurts, but normal vs. High doesn’t make a difference, but I am just guessing.

Guys, thanks for the reply. I haven’t read so much about PE in this forum. But I did it today. More than enough I think. But I’ll continue on. There’s so much to explore. Again, thank you.

Yes, but not at the exact same time

I did them simultaneously

I think that if you are a fast muscle gainer it has a lot to do with your body’s ability to recover from damage, like the small tears caused by weight lifting and also the ones caused by applying tension to your penis.

So, I believe you’ll also be a fast gainer in PE. But it is only a conjecture.

I wish it was like that. In my case it is not.

When I started bodybuilding I doubled my body weight in about 4 years, from 58 kg to 118 kg.

As for my dick, 4+ years of PE and I grew very little.

No one knows wally. When you are lucky there is a correlation and you will gain well, but no one knows for sure.

:rolling:

To answer the question posed, I always work out before starting my routine. It raises the body temperature (“inside warm-up”) and boosts testosterone levels (which means stronger erections). As long as you aren’t turtled after a physical workout (I actually find my flaccid increases; must be improved bloodflow), working out can surely only be a good thing in conjunction with PE.

Looking for that magic 6" of EL...

Progress Report

I have always been stronger than average, in other words, relatively successful in the gym, but have had pretty shitty gains in the PE department.
