I think holding a stretch for 30 seconds at least.
Key is to not inflamme it, rip it or get injured. So use some creme before and after and heat will surely help too.
It hurts a little yes. mostly skin stretch.
I guess it could take some weeks.
I was tight on the udnerside of glans and stretched it along with my routine daily and it got better over maybe a year. But doing it dedicated daily woudl have surely did it faster,
