Rest days are hard...

Rest days are hard...

Yesterday was the first rest day where I had to conjure up restraint from working out. It’s literally the same feeling as when you have a rest day from the gym. You might find yourself looking for something to do to fill the time. Ultimately I did apply heat with the rice sack but, I refrained from any exercises.

Has anyone else ever felt this way?

Yes I was like this in the past.

BUT when I saw that my dick was gaining ONLY when I was taking 2 rest days/week…. then the REST DAYS feel like working days to me because I know that they are vital for my growth.

So its all in the mind.

3on/1off-2on/1off to complete a week is the frequency that works for me.

Yes. It’s probably a good sign. Expect growth. If you weren’t impacting the tissues, you’d feel nothing.

Its psychologically difficult because I have valuable free time & I’m not doing “something” to advance towards my goal. I’m doing nothing. But it can’t grow while being stressed & damaged. So I try to picture it busily being repaired with extra tissue being added.

Nice, I will definitely practice that. Because it’s attached, resisting the urge to do a set of dry jelqs or stretches throughout the day was fun. I still do kegels though.

Once you are provided with growth while doing a routine that involves rest days, it becomes much easier to ensure you have them.

That’s why it’s hard for us originally to have rest days, we feel we aren’t growing, or that we’re slowing it down. So once we’re shown that the rest definitely helps with growth, it’s easy to make that decision.

Yes all the time. I have a really hard time taking rest days. It’s easier to take a deacon break for several weeks for me.

I take rest days when EQ goes down, otherwise I can’t stand the thought of could have done more, so I push limits.

Forced rest the past week and I see what you mean. I purchase a c-ring set that has a small, medium, and large ring. I started out using the small, but now can only wear the medium. Rest makes a huge difference. Two days of rest, no PE, no edging, its as if my gains are cemented. My flaccid hang and bulge are definitely more impressive as she’s always touching as we pass each other around the house.
