Rest days?!

Rest days?!

What does everyone think about rest days?1 day on then one day off? or 2 days on then 1 day off? or 5 times in row monday to friday? What does everyone think? I saw a manul about pe and they suggested every other day? Im a newbie but have experimented with pe in the past but I think I could handle an advanced pe program. So people please help and suggest…thanks…

I think it is good to 2 on 1 off for beginner.

Rest days was very necessary .

PE works best when you build on the previous days result. Because of this, I think the least effective routine is every other day. The most effective routine varies from individual, but 6 on and 1 off is pretty much a standard. Another good weekly routine is 3 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off. Or you could go 5 on 2 off, although I don’t like taking 2 days off in a row.

I like 5 on 2 off myself but you need to find what works for you

I do 5 on, 2 off.

I don’t jelq or do any girth exercise when having a rest day. Stretching is another thing. I’m so addicted to manual stretching now that it’s really hard to get over the whole day without any stretching :)


Before PE: NBPEL 5.50" x EG 4.30"

Current: NBPEL 6.50" (BPEL 7.5") x EG 4.6" (head EG 5")

Goal: NBPEL 7.00" x EG 5.25"

I’ve been hanging 5 days on, 2 days off. I’ve noticed that, after a rest period, the weight that was very hard to hang becomes simple and painless. In other words, the rest period is causing me to heal and become stronger.

Good for body building, bad for PE. I really don’t want to have to hang 50# from my dick before it feels like something. As of last weekend, I’ve switched to 6 days on, 1 day off, and I like that much better. I could probably cut out all rest days without much of a problem.

As I am completely new to this, I have been doing 2 days on 2 days off.

I have been experiencing some of those “pains” mentioned by other people which are apparently due to penis growth. 2 days rest and they are gone completely.

I haven’t re-measured yet, but I do have visible length and girth gaines while flacid after 6 days!

I will continue to take things very easy and build up slowly. I kinda remember the eyesight warnings you see in factories, stating you must always protect your eyes, they cannot be replaced. Well I feel as protective over my member, so I give it plenty of rest. ;)
