Restarting after decon?

I gained nearly an inch on the Newbie Routine after about a month of manual pulling. Then I started hanging with a vacuum hanger for several months and have hit a plateau (no new gains).

Should I take a month or 2 off and try the Beginner Routine again? 🤔

I concur for rest. Also, your gains going forward will not be like your newbie gains… it will be very very slow


12/31/17 BPEL= 6.25 MEG = 5.00 , 08/24/22 BPEL= 6.875 MEG = 5.125, 01/16/23 BPEL= 7.0 MEG = 5.25, 01/08/24 BPEL= 7.125 MEG = 5.25

01/24/24 BPEL= 7.125 Meg = 5.50 <---- Girth Goal Reached

Next Goal ---> BPEL = 7.5 Meg = 5.75

I think a decon is a good idea.

May I ask what your experience in girth gain was after the newbie routine? And I assume by newbie routine you mean a duration of 3 months?

I think that’s an unnecessarily discouraging statement. You may speak from experience but the truth is we don’t know for sure how his gains will be going forward. Especially since he gained almost an inch after newbie routine which is actually insane. There is such a thing as hard and easy gainers.

True, but easy and hard gainers are outliers. The vast majority of us fall outside those two extremes, so all I’m saying is the work gets a lot harder and slower. And I find nothing discouraging about that statement. Put in the work and you will see benefits.

I didn’t really measure girth before or after. I’m certain there was a change though. The length was about 5.2” BPEL to around 6.1” now.

I did the Newbie routine but only partially:

Rice sock for 5 mins

Ten 30 second stretches, alternating between behind the balls stretch (I liked wedging my pulling hand against the edge of the bed for this one. And Just thrust my hips, lunging forward for a nice steady pull. I also stretch to either side.

Then some jelqing. Had trouble keeping a consistent semi-erection state for 200 jelqs, so it took much longer than 10 mins, and sometimes I stop at 100 strokes or so.

Skipped the other heat step and kegels.

2 on, 1 off.

I hope it’s not like gym gains that way. Haha

Will see after I restart in 2 months.

That sounds like a good plan. Manual work does provide benefits, even staying with it will keep your member in the best shape possible. It’s like a maintenance program.
