I didn’t really measure girth before or after. I’m certain there was a change though. The length was about 5.2” BPEL to around 6.1” now.
I did the Newbie routine but only partially:
Rice sock for 5 mins
Ten 30 second stretches, alternating between behind the balls stretch (I liked wedging my pulling hand against the edge of the bed for this one. And Just thrust my hips, lunging forward for a nice steady pull. I also stretch to either side.
Then some jelqing. Had trouble keeping a consistent semi-erection state for 200 jelqs, so it took much longer than 10 mins, and sometimes I stop at 100 strokes or so.
Skipped the other heat step and kegels.
2 on, 1 off.
