You didn’t get any gains because the routine is weak as can be. You’re not going to get direct gains from jelquing, and probably only minimal from manual stretches. Most gains people experience from jelquing is from increased blood flow to the penis (EQ). If you had a healthy penis to begin with and didn’t have room to increase blood flow you probably won’t get any “gains.”
Jelquing is still important because it will build stronger blood supply to the new tissue that is developed from more strenuous exercises, but to rely on it purely for gains is folly.
And why on earth would you spend half an hour warming up and “cooling down” to only spend 10m of actual exercises?
