mainman1, I did exactly what you want, I went from about 5.0 NBP erect to 7.0 NBP erect in about 5 months of very hardcore religious PE almost daily. What worked for me for those months was targeting my ligs, I would do no jelqing (I do think sometimes it can help though at least once a week to keep penile blood flow healthy) and just manual stretching almost every day with many different techniques (A-Stretchs, V-Stretchs, fowfers, circular stretchs, etc) after doing basic manual stretching for a while. The trick I found that works for me is to keep manual stretching as much as you can in all angles espesically straight out and lower angles for the ligs and keep doing this in a day (sometimes multiple times per day) until you start you feel fatigue/soreness around the base of your penis where the pubes begin, this is where the ligs are and that means your ligs are sore and will grow when you sleep when you get rest. Also eat healthy food with some vegatbles and fruits and you could even try to reduce your fatpad by losing some weight for added penis length gains. Good luck.
