Returning To PE After 20 years
Hi All, new to the forum and I’m looking for advice on how to restart PE. I’ll apologize if this is long but I want to get it all out there so I get the best advice.
Originally from the Caribbean, I now live in Toronto for the past 14 years. I’m not new to PE, I started in 2001 at 19, size 6” x 5.4”. I was small among my friends with most being 7” to 9” and 1 guy being 13”, we know cause he showed everyone. I started having sex at 13, but it was random through the years until 18. I had some constant months and some droughts. When I hit 18, it became more frequent so had to step up my game.
A group of my friends and I put money together and purchased a PE routine online. It included directions and photos of exercises: Warm up/cool down, stretching, jelqing, kegels and helicopters. For those who don’t know, helicopters are performed with the index finger and thumb around the base and remaining fingers cupping your scrotum. You quickly shake your hand causing your penis to spin, mimicking a helicopter’s blades. I think this was to increase blood flow. The routine had stages and I started with 50 Jelqs and got up to 500 a day. Jelqs were at 70% erection.
After 3 months or so, I quit, I don’t know why, but I did. I saw no increase in size, although I never measured my progress. I guess I was hoping for drastic changes as opposed to small victories. Very arrogant, ignorant and short sighted when you’re young. The only noticeable change was much stronger erections, maybe because of the kegels.
I had a very active sex life, multiple women, got really good in bed so I never cared to engage in PE. I did however continue kegels here and there and a sporadic 50 jelqs when I was going to meet a new woman. In 2013, I had a cystoscopy, they found a lot of scarred tissue. The urologist said it could have been because of the jelqing and thus I became very wary of ever performing jelqs after that.
So what has lead me here? After 10 years of marriage I am now separated and back out there. At 39, I am in the best shape of my life, albeit some more to go. I am having the strongest erections ever, I.e. So strong that I can’t bend my penis from downwards or even side to side. For any that care, I attribute it to me performing kegels daily now, 3 sets x 10 reps, 10 second hold each rep. Also, taking vitamin E and D.
I was recently with a girl and she said I was the smallest she had been with at 6”. She enjoyed our time and has since become a frequent visitor. It did get me thinking though that I should revisit PE because if I can improve myself, why not. I mean, when I wanted to look better, I started working out, I wanted a better job, I went back to school.
I have been searching this site quite a bit and read up on many routines. So my question is how should I approach this? Is the beginner sufficient and then work my way back up? Should I do only pumps? I am interested in pumps, when should they be introduced? I’d like to purchase them soon even if I don’t use them as Black Friday has good sales. Also, any recommendation of good shops I can buy locally in Toronto. I am interested in either the Hydromax 7 or any good pump. I’m open to recommendations. Price wise, if there’s potential for lasting results, I’m good with the investment.
I know this is a marathon, a long term commitment which involves patience. My key thing over any is not doing any damage. If I make gains great, if not, I can live with the fact that I gave it a shot.
I look forward to any advice and learning!
