Tips on returning after a de-conditioning break?

Tips on returning after a de-conditioning break?

I started PE in December 2006 with Newbie Routine. I stuck with it for about two months, and gradually introduced new exercises to my routine. By September 2007, my workout looked like this:

5 min warm up
15 min stretch in all directions
20 min dry jelq
10 min clamping
shower (warm down)

However, I did not see any gains in either length or girth (5.5 NBPEL by 4.7 girth). Also, I started to notice that my penis is a bit stiff even when completely flaccid. I thought this could be a sign of a conditioned and over-trained penis. So, I decided to take a break a month ago. During my time off, I noticed that my flaccid had returned to its “normal”, soft, and flexible state. Now, I think I am ready to start PE again.

After reading many threads regarding returning after a de-conditioning break, I learned that I should start with the Newbie Routine and gradually increase the intensity, but I am not sure when I should introduce a new exercise to my routine. I suspect that the failure from my first attempt might have caused from adding new exercises at inappropriate times (too soon or too late). What do you guys think? Also, are there any other tips and precautions I should look out for when re-starting PE?

Thanks!

I would say start with the newbie routine for a couple of months and go slow to avoid injury, I have had breaks and I started back into it slow and to date I have had no injury and I have been gaining.

Because your body (penis) has ‘been there’ before, you will condition again faster than a Newbie, so if you start off gently again after a decon-break, and build up slowly, you will keep the re-conditioning to a minumum, while maximising gains. Do ‘just enough’ to promote growth.

Listen to your body and PI’s.

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. The ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth. Basics.... firegoat roll How to use the Search button for best results
